We are moving towards a global communications network which touches the lives of almost every person on the planet. But in Brighton and Hove we are also looking at ways of developing stronger communities by focussing on our local neighbourhoods. By building stronger support networks with the people who live and work near us, can we develop a 'bottom-up' strength that creates a solid foundation for continued and sustainable community development?
